Dr. Chia-Hui Cindy Shen is a senior English educator at Taipei Municipal Tianmu Elementary School and a Google Certified Trainer. With nearly 20 years of experience, she also serves as Director of a Teacher Education Center in Taiwan. Dr. Shen holds a Ph.D. in English from National Taiwan Normal University and an M.Ed. from the University of Taipei. Her expertise includes bilingual education, project-based learning (PBL), self-regulated learning (SRL), educational technology, and SDGs-focused curriculum. She is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences, leading workshops on AI integration, VR/AR applications, and global citizenship education. She was named one of Taiwan’s Top 100 Innovative Educators.
